Short Term Mission of Chicago – Job Posting
Position Title: Executive Director
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Summary
The Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic planning of the center. This individual will work in close partnership with pastors, the executive board, and council committee members to ensure that STMC effectively shares the gospel and advances God’s kingdom.
The Director will collaborate with all stakeholders to cast and communicate a clear vision that equips others to understand, experience, and respond to God’s call to mission-centered living. In this role, serving as a purposeful liaison among Cantonese and Mandarin churches across the Chicagoland area is essential to fostering unity and impactful ministry.
